Warranty Information

While we stand by the quality of our devices, there are certain situations where the warranty does not apply:
- Physical damage (such as cracks, dents, water damage, or accidental drops)
- Misuse or negligence
- Damage caused by using unauthorized chargers or accessories
- Any attempt to repair or modify the device by anyone else than CrC Repair®
14-Day Return for Non-Faulty Items
We offer a 14-Day Return Period for non-faulty items if you change your mind. Returned devices must be in their original condition, with sealed accessories untouched. Please note: if the returned item does not match its original sale condition, a deduction will be applied to your refund to cover the difference.
Important: iCloud / FRP Lock Removal
For any warranty claim or return, the device must be free from any security locks such as:
- iCloud Lock (Apple devices)
- FRP Lock (Factory Reset Protection for Android devices)
- Any other device protection or linked accounts
If the device is still linked to an account or has active protection, we will not be able to process the warranty claim or return until it is removed.
