These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, our device repair services (\u201cRepair Services\u201d), and the purchase of refurbished\/second-hand devices and accessories from our online shop (\u201cGoods\u201d). By using our website, commissioning a repair, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- \u201cYou\/Your\/Customer\u201d: The person using our website, services, or purchasing goods.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- \u201cDevice\u201d: The mobile, tablet, laptop, computer, gaming console, or wearable device subject to a repair or being sold.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- \u201cAccessories\u201d: Items such as chargers, cables, cases, or headphones, either sold with a Device or separately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- \u201cGoods\u201d: Refurbished or second-hand Devices and Accessories sold via our online shop.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- \u201cSelected Store\u201d: The CRC Repair store location you choose for collection during checkout.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
PART A: REPAIR SERVICES AGREEMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nA1. Agreement Commencement & Performance
This Repair Agreement commences when you book a repair and continues until we have repaired or returned your Device and received any payment due. We will perform the Repair using reasonable care and skill, subject to parts availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A2. Repair Process & Parts<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n- We will use the type of parts (e.g., original, high-quality compatible) chosen by you at booking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- You are not required to restore (factory reset) your Device, but this may delay a full functional check and the repair completion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Time estimates for completion are estimates only. Level 3 (Logic Board) repairs may take at least 5 working days. We will notify you if additional, unforeseen repairs are needed and provide a revised cost estimate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
A3. Data & Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n- Data backup is your sole responsibility. We accept no liability for loss or corruption of data however caused. We highly recommend you back up your Device before any repair.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- We do not accept liability for any progression of damage: (i) where a Device has been repaired elsewhere prior to our service; (ii) for liquid-damaged Devices, as opening them can cause further, irreparable damage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
A4. Completion, Collection & Storage<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n- We will notify you when your Device is ready for collection. Uncollected Devices will be transferred to our HQ for storage, with return delivery charged to you.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- We are entitled to keep your Device until all charges are paid and may charge a storage fee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Devices not collected within 56 days of notification may be recycled.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
A5. Repair Warranty<\/strong>

It does not cover accidental damage, new faults, or if the Device changes ownership.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Following liquid damage repair, any waterproofing\/resistance cannot be guaranteed. If further liquid-related issues occur within the warranty period, we will re-assess and re-quote.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Warranty seals may be installed. Tampering with these seals will void our warranty.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Use of our service may void your manufacturer\u2019s warranty.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
A6. Limitation of Liability for Repairs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n- If your Device is damaged beyond economical repair due to our service, and full payment has been received, you are entitled to a fully functional refurbished device of equal value (model\/condition as received).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Our total liability is limited to, at our option: (a) re-performing the service; (b) paying the cost of re-performance; or (c) refunding what you paid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses (loss of business, revenue, data, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Any claim must be notified to us in writing within three months of you becoming aware of it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
PART B: TERMS OF SALE (E-COMMERCE)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nB1. Orders & Contract Formation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase from CRC (London) Limited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- We reserve the right to decline any order. A legally binding contract is formed when we send you an Order Confirmation email and your payment is authorised\/cleared.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
