Simply book online, choose a collection time that suits you, and our fully insured driver will come to your door to pick up your device. We’ll repair it at one of our certified centres and return it to you — usually same day or next day depending on the repair.

Is same-day repair and return available?

Same-day collection and return is possible for many common repairs such as screen replacements, subject to parts availability and repair complexity. When you book, we’ll confirm the expected turnaround time for your specific device and repair.

Are your drivers insured and checked?

Yes. Every CrC Repair driver is fully insured and background-checked. Your device is in safe hands from the moment it’s collected to the moment it’s returned.

What warranty do I get on my repair?

All screen repairs come with our industry-leading lifetime warranty. All other repairs are covered by a 12-month warranty. We use high-quality OEM parts on every repair — the same standard you’d expect from a walk-in CrC Repair store.
